A place filled with memories, history, and family warmth, located in the heart of the town — the neighborhood once known as Grava. Welcome to Grava Aurum means arriving somewhere personal: close to the sea, close to local life, and still calm enough to feel like a true retreat.
The property was built in the 1950s and has belonged to our family for three generations. To us, it is not just a building; it is part of our lives. With respect for its history and a love for hospitality, it was fully renovated in 2026 and transformed into five luxurious self-contained apartments, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and refined aesthetics. The renovation kept the feeling of a family home while adding the ease expected from boutique stays in Greece today: modern bathrooms, independent kitchens, calm interiors, and outdoor spaces made for unhurried mornings and relaxed evenings.
GRAVA AURUM offers private parking spaces, spacious terraces, and a beautiful courtyard in the center of town — just 100 meters from the sea. A perfect balance of tranquility and prime location, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your holiday. You can walk out for coffee, food, a swim, or an evening stroll, then return to a peaceful space where everything has been arranged for an easy stay.
